In addition to her artistic talents, she holds the esteemed position of Co-Founder and Executive Director of Solutions Not Punishment Collaborative, Inc. (SNAPCO). Toni-Michelle received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Norfolk State University and is a graduate from DeKalb School of the Arts in DeKalb County, Georgia. Her advocacy extends to diverse communities, encompassing Black transgender and LGBQIA+ individuals, sex workers, people living with HIV (PLHIV), and Black youth. Her body is a landscape of resistance and joy, a terrain where performance art, community activism, and somatic healing converge in breathtaking harmony.    Her remarkable leadership has been instrumental in co-leading citywide campaigns that have given rise to initiatives such as the Atlanta Policing Alternatives and Diversion Initiative, cannabis reform, protections for sex workers, the closure of the Atlanta City Detention Center (ACDC), and the pursuit of police accountability in cases involving the families of individuals like Alexia Christian, Scout Schultz, DeAundre Phillips, Tee Tee Dangerfield, and Rayshard Brooks. Toni-Michelle seamlessly combines her creative prowess with her activism, utilizing supernatural grace and a sense of sacred silliness as tools to unlock joy and satisfaction.</image:caption>

She also spent time serving on various campus wide initiatives within equity and inclusion. Her love for media began in 2015 where she worked at WMHW- FM radio station on the News Production team. She then transitioned to the Program Director of a Hip Hop Station and served in that role for 3 years. Ahsha quickly transitioned into the Film and Television industry and is currently a producer helping with the development of stories. Ahsha received her Master of Arts in Electronic Media Studies from Central Michigan where she focused on researching the Emotional Effects of Film through Marvel Cinematic Universe and plans to continue research in the area. She recently graduated with her second masters from Columbia College Chicago in Film and Television Producing. During her time, she has produced on 35 short films, 1 web series, 1 TV Pilot, and many podcast and radio shows. Ahsha truly enjoys being a TV and Film producer and hopes to own her own production company to help young filmmakers achieve their dreams.</image:caption>

She enjoys the process of creating a unique, striking and compelling visual language for every film that she works on. She uses her profound knowledge of a variety of shooting formats, from 16mm and 35mm film to digital to create stunning images that bring worlds and characters to life.       <image:caption>Jazz Williams is a queer non-binary editor from the Southside of Chicago. As a kid, they always had a love for creative arts. They began with writing short stories and when they got their first camera around age 10, then shot and edited their first pieces on Windows Movie Maker. Their love for editing and media production grew when they attended Valparaiso University in 2008 and had the opportunity to start the school tv station. Through that experience they gravitated towards broadcast engineering, sports broadcasting, and theatre production. After they graduated in 2012, they worked at Freespirit Media as the HoopsHIGH Production Coordinator, teaching sports broadcasting, media literacy, and short documentary production. They also worked as an adjunct at Valparaiso University teaching media production. In 2016, they relocated to Madison, WI where they worked as broadcast engineer at PBS. Currently they are a freelance editor based in Chicago and have had the opportunity to work with various clients such as the NFLPA, Northwestern University, and local commercial post-houses.</image:caption>

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Lee spent 15 years producing music and performing in the metropolitan Washington DC region with Funk and Soul band AZTEC SUN. Lee has also appeared on stage with national acts and supported background vocals for hundreds of artists. Lee’s music as a producer and score composer has also been heard in online video content and short films, including, most recently, Charlene Carruthers’ debut short film ‘The Funnel.’  Lee believes that with great power (or in this case, talent) comes great responsibility.
